Agreement
After you choose your package, we kindly ask you to verify your identity before signing the agreement. We offer a straightforward online signing process, allowing you to sign the contract quickly and easily.
Once the invoice has been paid, we add our signature and send the agreement to your inbox.
KVK registration
With the agreement, you can go to the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) or a civil-law notary, depending on the legal structure you have chosen.
If you already have a business, you can easily change your address to ours online through the KVK website.
Mail service
Once your change of address has been processed by KVK, or your KVK registration is complete, we offer two options for receiving your mail.
You can have your mail securely scanned and delivered by email, so you are always quickly informed about important correspondence. Alternatively, we can physically forward your mail to a specified address. We forward your mail every week.
